1. All Sales Are Final

All course purchases made through Uxpert are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and access to the course is granted, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

2. Responsibility Before Purchase

We encourage all users to:

  • Carefully read the course description, curriculum, and prerequisites.

  • Review any available sample content or demo videos.

  • Reach out to us with any pre-purchase questions at support@uxpertdesign.com.

Purchasing a course implies that you have read and understood the content and agree to our No Refund Policy.

3. Exceptional Situations

In very rare cases, if there is a duplicate payment or a technical error on our side, we will review the issue and may provide a refund at our sole discretion. Any such request must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction, with valid proof and explanation. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 to 10 business days.

4. Digital Nature of Courses

Our courses are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase. As digital products cannot be returned or withdrawn once accessed, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage or completion

  • Inability to follow through with the course

  • Misunderstanding of course content
